This is a gift for the lovely . Not many people have ever managed to inject such exaggerate, overwhelming, heart-melting cuteness into one character (not even Fluttershy).

This was traced from here (third last panel). I'm gonna assume you all know the Dash Academy comic series (if I'm wrong, go read it and fix this).
